Clarence Bush is a seasoned Project Management professional with over 20 years of experience delivering high-impact results across the energy, finance, consulting, and IT services industries. He brings deep expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, consistently leading complex initiatives from concept to completion with precision and efficiency.
Throughout his career, Clarence has successfully directed large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects — including a $75 million program involving the installation, upgrade, and decommissioning of cellular towers; a $20 million land mobile radio modernization initiative; and a $15 million telematics deployment for off-road vehicle fleets. His strength in managing complex risks, budgets, and cross-functional teams has been a key driver of project success.
Clarence is highly proficient in industry-leading tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, OneNote, Pivot Tables, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, and Primavera P6, enabling data-driven decision-making and streamlined project execution. He has also led critical IT initiatives for federal clients, including the decommissioning of one of the largest data centers in the Carolinas.
Outside of his professional work, Clarence is an avid tennis player, chess enthusiast, and dedicated mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America — currently mentoring his fifth "Little Brother." He also enjoys cycling, exploring new technology, photography, and flying drones.
